Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.
- 0– 12 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in home interiors/modular furniture).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region.
