Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to travel agents and potential B2B partners to promote the Jussgo portal.

- Explain the portal's features, services, and benefits to travel partners.

- Encourage travel agents to register, complete their profiles, and actively use the portal.

- Manage the Jussgo B2B portal and ensure smooth coordination with registered partners.

- Follow up with interested leads, pending registrations, and inactive partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to generate repeat business.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's B2B partner network.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries and support portal usage.

- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, follow-ups, and business development reports.

- Achieve assigned calling, onboarding, activation,



and business growth targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any stream.

- Experience in business development, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience in the travel and hospitality industry will have an added advantage.

- Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with potential partners.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, email, and CRM tools.

- Ability to manage multiple leads and build long-term business relationships.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
