We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain records of sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
