- Probation Period: Initial 6 months

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales potential may apply.
- Preferred experience: 1–10 years in travel-product sales.
- Experience in selling flights, hotels, holiday packages, MICE, and other travel services.
- Corporate/B2B sales experience and client acquisition skills are essential.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to achieve monthly targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Sell corporate travel solutions, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and MICE.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build a strong corporate client database and sales pipeline.
- Explore recent business opportunities and expand the company's corporate customer base.
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow up with prospective clients.
- Contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.

- Strong networking and business-development abilities.
- Capable of working independently and delivering measurable results.
- Existing corporate contacts and a proven record of closing deals will be an advantage.
- Must be committed to achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
