Candidates with experience in any one of the following loan products can apply. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through DSA channels and channel partners.

Source SME/MSME loan proposals from business owners and entrepreneurs. Handle secured business loans, Business LAP, Overdraft (OD), and working capital loans. Build relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and potential customers.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement. Achieve assigned business targets and ensure compliance with company policies.





Required Skills & Experience6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in SME/MSME loans or secured lending.

Product knowledge in at least one of the following: SME/MSME Loans Secured Business Loans Business Loan Against Property (Business LAP) Overdraft (OD) Facilities Working Capital Loans Experience in DSA/channel partner sourcing is preferred. Good communication and business development skills.

Educational

QualificationHSC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
