We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Pharma

Alencure Biotech is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our pharmaceutical business, strengthen our distribution network, and develop long-term relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in the pharma industry.

Experience: 2-3 years

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Type: Full-Time (on - site)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
- Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical distributors, as appropriate to the company's business model.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify current markets and opportunities for geographical expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to drive product promotion, sales growth, and market penetration.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners.




- Track sales performance, prepare business reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and distributor-related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution network and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities, if required.
