Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining prospect databases.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, assisting in preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to follow up on opportunities. The intern will engage in customer interactions, support outreach activities,



and help track performance metrics and feedback to improve business strategies. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes, client engagement, and growth strategies within the edtech sector.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with prospects and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and understand target markets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Interest in education technology and business development; prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
