Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Pune District. The intern will support lead generation by identifying potential clients such as schools, colleges, academies, corporates, and sports enthusiasts, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research on sports facilities, coaching trends, and event opportunities, as well as analyzing competitor offerings and customer preferences.

The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and in-person interactions,



explaining Blaze Olympia’s services, and coordinating meetings or venue visits. The intern will assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports, support event planning for corporate and institutional clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and business metrics.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Lead Generation abilities, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining organized lead databases.
- Market Research skills to gather, compare, and present insights on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Customer Service orientation with a focus on building relationships, resolving queries, and providing transparent information.
- Interest in sports, events, or fitness sectors; prior exposure to sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple tasks, and use productivity tools such as spreadsheets and CRM or tracking software.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
