Aeronive Labs is hiring a Business Development Intern, Our Client helps startups, MSMEs and growing businesses across India get set up and stay compliant: company registration, ROC compliance, trademark, GST and tax filing, and ongoing compliance support.

This is not a "make cold calls all day" internship. You will see the full journey, from first conversation to signed client.

What you will do

- Reach founders, startups and business owners through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to understand their setup and compliance needs
- Follow up on inbound enquiries, explain services in simple language, prepare proposals and move leads to closure with support from the senior team
- Build long-term relationships for monthly compliance, bookkeeping and advisory engagements
- Log every lead in the CRM and keep every call, meeting and follow-up updated
- Build referral tie-ups with co-working spaces, startup communities, incubators and freelancers
- Contribute to LinkedIn content that builds trust and brings in enquiries
- Share a weekly update: calls made, meetings fixed, proposals sent, deals closed

Who we are looking for
- Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA preferred); freshers or 0–2 year of experience in sales, BD or tele-calling (internships and college roles count)
- Experience selling services to businesses, or working with a CA or consulting firm, is a strong plus




- Confident in English and Hindi, and comfortable with phone calls and in-person meetings
- Organised, consistent with follow-ups, and comfortable with Google Sheets, a CRM and LinkedIn
- Target-driven and not afraid of a "no"
- Honest and process-driven. You will represent a CA-led firm, so integrity matters as much as results
- Available for a full-time, on-site internship of at least 6 months

What you get
- Fixed pay: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and interview performance
- Incentive: 5% of the professional fees collected from clients you bring in, for their first month, as per the Client's written incentive policy
- Permanent BDE role after 6 months for interns who meet performance targets, with a revised fixed salary
- Direct mentorship from the leadership team
- Real exposure to how startups and MSMEs are built, registered and run
- Internship certificate and letter of recommendation based on performance
