Position Overview

Monk Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a solid background in Digital Marketing sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international B2B sales and a solid understanding of the complete digital marketing ecosystem. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing current B2B opportunities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions including SEO, SEM, SMM, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development to global clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms




- Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools
- Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required

Requirements & Skills

- Fresher in Business Development / Sales
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
