The role

- Meet relevant brokers, channel partners and developer teams.
- Present Upspace’s services and develop partnership opportunities.
- Generate suitable interior-project introductions through your network.
- Follow up consistently and arrange meetings with the founder.
- Maintain clear records of contacts, leads, conversations and next steps.

What you bring

- 1–3 years of experience in real-estate channel sales, broker networking or relevant B2B field business development.
- Confident spoken English and Hindi; Gujarati or Marathi is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Mumbai’s western suburbs and willingness to travel for meetings.
- Professional communication,



initiative and disciplined follow-up.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, email and Excel, PPT or Google Sheets.

Existing broker or developer relationships are an advantage. What’s in it for you
