About the founder

ReadyForGCC was founded by Mohd Aamir Siddiqui, who spent over 14 years working in the UAE and Saudi Arabia in fleet and car rental operations. He has lived and worked in the Gulf, knows how hiring really works there, and has built strong professional connections across the region. Since 2018, he has personally guided job seekers from India to build their careers in the Gulf. You will be working directly with him and learning from that experience.

About the role

We are looking for one City Growth Partner for Delhi to grow our business in the city. You will find people and companies who need our services, talk to them, and bring them on board. This is fully work from home, with the option to join our Delhi office after probation.

What you will do

You will reach out to job seekers, colleges, coaching centres and local businesses across Delhi. You will explain our services, follow up with interested people, and help close sales. You will also build partnerships with institutes and companies that can send us regular clients.

What you will earn The first 3 months are a probation period on revenue share. You earn 20% of every sale you bring in,



going up to 40% as your sales grow. There is no fixed salary during probation. After a performance review, robust partners move to a fixed salary plus higher commission, with a path to a leadership role.

We are a highly competitive team, and we reward hard work. If you perform, you get the best pay. Simple as that.

Growth to Dubai

After one successful year with us, top performers will get the option to move to our Dubai office. This is based purely on performance.

Who should apply

We welcome freshers and experienced people alike. Graduates and undergraduates can both apply, and an MBA is a plus. What we need most is excellent spoken and written English, confidence in talking to people, and the will to work hard. Your degree matters less than your drive and communication.
