Role & responsibilities

Visit schools, hospitals, clinics, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to introduce WombTo18's services. Identify potential business partners and generate new leads through field visits and networking. Explain our services, demonstrate the platform, and convert prospects into customers and partners.

Build and maintain robust relationships with school management, hospital administrators, doctors, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular follow-ups, schedule meetings, and support customer onboarding. Achieve monthly targets for meetings, lead generation, onboarding, and revenue.

Maintain accurate daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up records using CRM tools. Explore new territories and identify opportunities to expand WombTo18's presence across Hyderabad.

Preferred candidate profile

Good spoken communication skills in English,



Telugu, and Hindi. Confidence in meeting and interacting with school principals, management teams, doctors, and hospital representatives. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel across Hyderabad for field visits and business meetings. Basic computer and smartphone skills, with the ability to maintain digital reports. A self-driven individual who takes ownership of targets, follows through on commitments, and works independently.
