Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in SaaS products and software product sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, presenting software solutions, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products and software solutions.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, online research, and other sales channels.
- Contact business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to introduce the company's products.
- Conduct product presentations and explain software features, benefits, and business value.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, and client information using CRM tools or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, lead-generation goals, and revenue objectives.




- Research competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or software product sales.
- Prior experience selling SaaS products and software products is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in selling B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
- Experience handling business clients and decision-makers.
- Good English communication skills; Tamil is an added advantage.
