Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Online Bidder with 6 months–2 years of experience in online bidding, bidding portals, lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition. The candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, or similar portals and should be able to generate and convert business opportunities for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and business through online bidding portals.
- Search and identify relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
- Prepare and submit qualified proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with potential and existing clients through email, chat, and calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.




- Maintain client records and update bidding activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and bidding targets.

Requirements

- 6 months–3 years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding / Online Bidder roles.
- Hands-on experience with bidding portals is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good proposal writing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of web development, digital services is an advantage.

Important Note This is a strictly On-Site position. Remote/Work-from-Home options are not available. The selected candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
