We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (IT Services & Products)

Location: Pune (Preferred)

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Market Exposure: US / MENA (Preferred)

Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with experience in B2B IT Services & Products Sales? We're looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to business growth, build robust client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Acquire international clients and build strong client relationships.

Conduct prospecting, coordinate client meetings and proposals, and participate in negotiations.

Achieve sales targets and grow the business pipeline.

Maintain CRM records and provide relevant market insights.

Identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and other lead generation channels.

Must-Have Skills

1 to 3 years of experience selling IT Services & Products, including Software Development, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, etc., to international clients.





Proven experience in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.

Experience working with international clients (US/MENA preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
