Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.

Conduct personalized outreach and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Qualify leads based on business needs and project requirements.

Maintain accurate lead data and activities in the CRM.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to hand over qualified opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Consistently achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C Lead Generation or Business Development. Strong experience in LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Strong internet research and data analysis skills.

Good understanding of IT services, software development, AI solutions, and digital transformation.





Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered research and productivity tools to improve lead generation, prospect research, personalization, and sales efficiency.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
