Thainova Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive with IT sales experience to bring in new clients for our website development, mobile app development, digital marketing and other IT services.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in IT sales or business development (IT experience Preferred)

Location: Madurai (onsite)

Responsibilities

- Generate leads for our services through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, referrals and online platforms
- Understand client business needs and recommend the right service or package
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Handle client meetings, calls and follow-ups until the deal is closed
- Convert leads into long-term clients and upsell additional services
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead and sales records in a CRM or tracker

Requirements





- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in IT, software or digital services sales
- Basic knowledge of website, app development and digital marketing services
- Strong communication in English and Tamil
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools is a plus
- Target-driven and able to work onsite in Madurai
