Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

- Provide expert advice and information on our diamond and jewelry products, guiding customers through the selection process.

Sales and Conversion

- Actively pursue sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into satisfied customers.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Knowledge

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our diamond and jewelry collections.

- Effectively communicate the unique features, quality, and craftsmanship of our products to potential customers.

Online Presence

- Manage and update product listings on our online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.





Order Processing

- Facilitate the order process from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to track and manage order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.

- Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewelry materials.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.

- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or a relevant field is highly desirable.
