Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (Fresher) role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and researching potential clients, supporting recent business development initiatives, and assisting in lead generation through calls, emails, and online platforms. Daily responsibilities include maintaining records of leads and opportunities, following up with prospects, and contributing to sales.

? Salary:

→ ₹15,000/month for the first 3 months (training period)

→ ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month after 3 months, based on performance

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls





Research and build lists of businesses that need web and digital marketing services

Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into meetings

Explain our services (websites, SEO, SMO, PPC) and pricing to prospects

Maintain lead and follow-up records in the tracker or CRM

Share a daily report of calls made, leads generated, and meetings booked

Meet monthly targets for booked meetings and client closures

Requirements

Fresh graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Tech, or similar) or a final-year student

Good spoken and written English and Hindi

Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with rejection

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn

Willing to work in office in Noida

Preferred: any experience in telecalling, sales, or social media
