Role Description The Business Development Executive (Finance 5LPA) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, contacting potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and maintaining regular communication to convert prospects into long-term accounts.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate effectively, and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or finance-related roles, preferably within corporate or consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, meet performance targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
