About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can join immediately to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads and arrange sales meetings. You will work directly with the founder, who will handle detailed requirements, final pricing, closing and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify businesses that need websites, redesigns, landing pages or branding services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, networking and business directories.
- Research prospects and personalise outreach.
- Explain our services and understand each prospect’s requirements, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings with the founder.
- Support proposal preparation and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records, meeting notes and next actions in a CRM or shared tracker.
- Coordinate the handover of client requirements before onboarding.
- Work towards agreed targets for qualified meetings, sales opportunities and revenue.
- Obtain approval before committing to prices, discounts or delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in business development,



B2B sales or lead generation.
- Experience selling website development, digital agency or IT services is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach and client conversations.
- Basic understanding of websites, ecommerce and branding.
- Consistent follow-up, good organisation and the ability to work independently.
- Available to join immediately and work in office in Ghatkopar.

Salary and Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 gross per month. Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience, skills and demonstrated sales performance.
- Sales Incentives: Additional incentives linked to revenue collected from clients you source. The detailed incentive structure will be shared during the hiring process.

Performance Measures Performance will be assessed through lead quality, qualified meetings, follow-up consistency, accurate sales records and revenue generated from sourced opportunities.
