About the role The Indian Promoters is looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of current client acquisition — from identifying the right prospects and starting conversations to conducting meetings, following up and closing deals.

This is not a telecalling-only role.

We are looking for someone who understands how to speak with business owners, identify their requirements and position the right marketing solution for them.

Our primary services include content production, social media marketing, Meta & Google Ads, websites, lead generation, CRM and marketing automation.

What you'll be responsible for

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Understand the client's business, current marketing and growth requirements
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Present relevant digital marketing solutions and proposals
- Follow up consistently and handle objections
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Coordinate until the first payment is received
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and deal information in the CRM
- Work closely with the founder and internal team for smooth client handover
- Attend local client meetings across Pune when required

Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising,



branding or creative agency
- Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking directly with founders/business owners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Someone who can follow up without needing constant reminders
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and how businesses use them
- Comfortable working with monthly targets
- Pune-based candidates preferred

A strong sales mindset and proven ability to close business will matter more to us than degrees or certificates.

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

Plus a high-performance, uncapped incentive structure.

For self-generated and closed business, incentives can go up to 20% of the first month's collected service fee , along with additional performance and client-retention bonuses.

If you're good at sales, your incentive income should have the potential to become significantly higher than your fixed salary.

What you'll be selling

Typical client retainers start around ₹30,000–₹50,000+ per month , depending on the scope.
