We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in Rooftop Solar Sales. If you have a passion for sales, robust customer relationships, and a track record of achieving targets, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar leads.
- Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the engineering and project execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on solar products, government policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Solar Rooftop Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong field sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of rooftop solar systems and the solar industry.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Compensation
