MSGCHERRY Communication LLP is a CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) company helping businesses communicate with their customers through WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, Voice, Contact Centre and other enterprise communication solutions. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, enjoys speaking with customers, and has the drive to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, outbound calling, LinkedIn, email and other sales channels.
- Identify and connect with potential B2B customers across relevant industries.
- Understand customer communication requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutions.
- Pitch and sell products such as WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, Voice and Contact Centre solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos with prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups and closures in CRM/sales reports.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on CPaaS, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Voice and digital communication trends.

What We Are Looking For





- 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / tele-sales / business development.
- Candidates with experience in Telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, Voice, Contact Centre or IT solutions will be preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong hunger to achieve sales numbers.
- Ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.

Most Important Requirement

This is a HARD-CORE SALES role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with:

Cold Calling → Prospecting → Follow-ups → Meetings → Pitching → Negotiation → Closing

Compensation

₹4,80,000 per annum + Performance Incentives Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, based on experience, skills and sales performance.
