Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate daily marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to prepare marketing materials.

- Coordinate social media posts, promotional content and campaign schedules.

- Support lead generation and coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.

- Monitor marketing activities and maintain campaign reports.

- Assist in organizing college visits, events and promotional activities.

- Track assigned marketing tasks and ensure timely completion.

Administration

- Maintain student records, documents, attendance and other administrative data.

- Update Google Sheets, Excel files and internal trackers regularly.

- Coordinate with trainers, students and other departments.

- Support scheduling, meeting coordination and daily office operations.

- Maintain reports, documentation and administrative records.

- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.





- Assist management with routine operational activities as required.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle different tasks.

- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.

- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

Eligibility

- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in administration, marketing coordination or office operations will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
