Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Bengaluru.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify leads, conduct market research to understand customer segments and opportunities, and support the development of growth strategies for Bhanzu’s math learning solutions. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations to prospective partners, institutions, and parents, as well as coordinating with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.

nurture relationships through timely communication, and support sales and partnership initiatives to drive regional and global expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the education and edtech space.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in edtech or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with CRM tools and basic data analysis, and a genuine interest in education and learner outcomes.
