What Will You Do?As a Business Development Associate, you'll connect with students and working professionals, understand their goals and help them explore suitable online degree programmes.

Your responsibilities will include

- Connect with prospective learners through 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive talk time per day.
- Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals and programme preferences.
- Guide learners on programmes such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA and B.Com.
- Explain university options, eligibility, fees and admission processes.
- Follow up with interested learners through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Handle queries, build trust and guide prospective learners towards enrolment.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards daily activity targets and monthly admission and revenue goals.

This is a target-driven, communication-focused role. You'll learn by interacting with real customers,



handling conversations and taking ownership of your results. Who Should Apply?This opportunity is for you if you:

- Are pursuing your final year or have completed a BBA, B.Com or BA.
- Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of work experience.
- Communicate confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
- Are comfortable making calls, following up and working towards targets.
- Are eager to learn, take responsibility and improve through feedback.
- Can work full-time from our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools is an advantage. Significant: Final-year students must be available for full-time, on-site work during the specified working hours.
