Role Description The Business Development Associate (International Market) will focus on expanding Bhanzu’s presence across global regions through structured outreach and relationship building. In this full time remote role, the associate will generate and qualify leads, conduct market research on international education segments, and identify growth opportunities with schools, partners, and direct consumers.

Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demos, managing sales pipelines, following up with prospects,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to strategies that grow Bhanzu’s reach in international markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with international stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid lead generation and market research skills to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities in global markets.
- Candidates should possess effective presentation and presentations skills to deliver engaging demos and pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and negotiation abilities to convert prospects into long-term partners or customers.
- Experience in international business development, edtech, or SaaS sales is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, data tracking, and remote collaboration platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets across multiple time zones.
