Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Associate to support business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and promote the company's educational programs and services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales and business development. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the education industry are welcome to apply. Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students, parents, and potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Promote Catalyst Education's courses, programs, and educational services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to build relationships and convert opportunities into enrolments or business partnerships.
- Explain course details, program advantages, fee structures, and other relevant information.
- Maintain and update lead databases, sales records, and follow-up activities.
- Work towards monthly lead generation, sales, and enrolment targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.




- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and business partners.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education, sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and work towards targets.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in business growth.
