Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced design-driven environment and love working closely with architects and interior designers, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build new business opportunities by identifying and mapping prospects.
- Building relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Proving information to the sales coordinator in preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients.
- Ability to work in coordination with team.
- Work with backend team to ensure great customer experience through the journey from lead generation to execution.
- Building healthy funnel/ pipeline for business from new clients.
- Meeting monthly targets.

Requirements:.





- Any Bachelors degree / MBA
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in design-led sectors (e.g., paints, lighting, veneers, sanitaryware, etc.).
- Prior experience pitching to architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in English .(written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills and a flair for relationship-driven selling.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must own a personal vehicle for client visits.
