Wahy Lab Solutions is seeking analytical and business-minded candidates for the position of Business Analytics & Strategic Insights Intern. The role focuses on analysing business performance, interpreting key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Interns will gain practical exposure to business intelligence, market research, performance analysis, and business improvement through industry-oriented projects and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organise, validate, and analyse business data from multiple sources.

- Conduct business performance analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

- Prepare management reports, interactive dashboards, and performance summaries.

- Track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

- Support market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.

- Assist with sales analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and business performance monitoring.

- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting support, and business planning activities.

- Use data visualisation tools to communicate business insights effectively.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Present analytical findings, reports, and recommendations to the team.

- Participate in real-world business analytics projects and business case studies.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

- Understanding of business processes, business metrics, and KPI analysis.

- Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.





- Understanding of statistical analysis, trend analysis, and data interpretation.

- Awareness of market research and competitor analysis techniques.

- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new analytical tools.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma / PG / ITI.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
