Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Uptime Crew

Uptime Crew develops elite technicians, software engineers, and operators who power AI adoption.

Overview The Business Analyst helps Uptime Crew run the hire-train-deploy model with clarity and discipline. You'll work across recruiting, training, and customer delivery teams to understand how work flows from sourcing through deployment, then document requirements, analyze performance, and recommend improvements that make the process faster, more consistent, and more valuable to our customers. This role sits between the business and the people who run it: you'll translate customer needs and operational questions into clear requirements, metrics, and process changes.

You'll work remotely from India as part of a distributed team, collaborating closely with the US-based team.

Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from recruiting, training, and customer delivery stakeholders
- Map current-state processes across the hire-train-deploy lifecycle and identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze pipeline, training, and deployment data to track performance and surface trends for leadership
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams visibility into key operational metrics
- Support new customer engagements and program launches by defining scope, success criteria, and reporting needs
- Write clear process documentation, user stories, and status updates that keep cross-functional teams aligned

- Facilitate working sessions and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, operations analyst, or in a similar role
- Experience eliciting requirements and documenting business processes, user stories, or functional specifications
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and comfort working with data (SQL or a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across time zones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Ability and willingness to travel to the United States annually for in-person collaboration with the US-based team, including eligibility to obtain the necessary travel documentation

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting staffing, workforce development, or technical training programs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or project management tools
- Exposure to data center, semiconductor, or other industrial or technical environments
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile experience
