Job Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, operational processes, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.

- Collect, organize, and interpret data from various departments.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance and productivity.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, lead conversion rates, and sales performance.

- Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend practical solutions.

- Analyze customer data, market trends, and business requirements to support decision-making.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, telecalling, and management teams to understand business challenges.

- Track lead generation, customer appointments, site visits, and booking conversions.

- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.





- Assist management in developing business strategies, action plans, and performance improvement initiatives.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across business reports.

- Follow up with departments to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended improvements.

Required Skills
