Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, preparing functional documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other project documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create process flow diagrams, workflows, use cases, and wireframes as required.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist QA teams with test scenarios,



user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirement validation.
- Track project requirements, manage changes, and ensure deliverables align with business expectations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
