Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a 1 to 3-month full-time remote role. This position involves gathering project requirements, analyzing business workflows, documenting functional specifications, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Create clear process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow maps to outline operational steps.




- Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Draft clear documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional user stories.
- Support project tracking, status reporting, and backlog management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

- Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related disciplines (Freshers welcome).
- Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, pivot tables).
- Basic understanding of Agile concepts, SDLC, or process mapping tools (draw.io, Lucidchart, MS Visio).
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Details:
- Stipend: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Duration: 1 to 3 Months
- Work Mode: Remote (India)
- Certificate: Internship completion certificate upon successful project delivery.
