Role Description The Business Analyst will support India’s Future Investors by translating business ideas into clear, actionable requirements for production, technology, and marketing teams. In this full-time remote role, the individual will analyze show formats, participant journeys, and financial game mechanics to optimize viewer engagement and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and preparing data-driven insights on audience behavior, performance metrics, and operational workflows.

Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine rules, scoring mechanisms, and content structures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory considerations. This role also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate needs into clear specifications.
- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and improve workflows across production, operations, and technology functions.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools, spreadsheets, or BI platforms is beneficial.
- Background in media, entertainment, finance, or consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced setting.
