We are hiring an experienced Burger Chef for our outlet in Varkala.
Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare burgers, sandwiches & rapid food items
- Create and maintain taste, quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations and junior staff
- Handle inventory, stock control and wastage
- Maintain hygiene, food safety standards
- Manage orders during peak hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience as Burger Chef / Fast Food Chef
- Expertise in grilling, frying, sauces & burger making
- Ability to lead kitchen team
- Must be available to work in Varkala
