We are looking for a passionate Burger Chef Assistant to join our kitchen team in Varkala. The candidate should have basic kitchen experience and interest in fast food / burgers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist main chef in burger preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen area
- Prep ingredients - cutting, marinating, sauces
- Handle grill, fryer and kitchen equipment safely
- Manage stock and inform about shortages
- Follow recipes and quality standards
- Support during rush hours and ensure timely service
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year kitchen experience (quick food preferred)
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety
- Ability to work 12-hour shift
- Hardworking, punctual and team player
- Willing to work in Varkala location
