This Unit performs a 360 degree role in designing solutions which are customer friendly, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant.About the Role

Testing CoE & Governance BSG team plays a very critical role in BSG Unit to design and implement Testing and Governance processes and TCoE deliverables catering to all the BSG verticals.

This is an important position comprehending Banking solution pertaining to the entire Testing CoE & Governance Banking Unit of the Bank and requires domain expertise in the Enterprise level applications, Test Management, Defect Management using JIRA etc.

Key Responsibilities

- To possess complete ownership of the End to End Testing for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions
- To review Functionality Specifications documents vis-à-vis Business requirements
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
- To Deploy and manage resources for testing
- To take complete ownership of functionality testing of all projects across BSG verticals
- To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems
- To test impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities
- To prepare Daily, Weekly,



Monthly Test Reports

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the Trade finance and Supply Chain Business functions/processes
- Almost 5-10 years’ experience in Banking industry, preferably working as business analysts.

Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge

- In depth knowledge of various banking products
- Relevant Banking domain/techno-functional knowledge of interfaces/integrations/underlying business processes
- Hands on experience and knowledge of

1. Functional Testing
2. Database Testing
3. Interface Testing
4. API Testing

- Strong exposure on Online channels like Corporate Net banking, Customer Facing Trade Portal and other product offering.
- Knowledge of latest technology trends and a knowhow to apply them appropriately

Skills

- Solid Project Management and execution skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies would be added advantage.
- Effective Management skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude
