Role Description The Brand Partnerships Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The intern will support the partnerships team in identifying potential brand collaborators, researching market segments, and preparing outreach lists and pitches. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with partnership proposals, coordinating communications between brands and creators, maintaining partnership trackers and reports,



and supporting campaign execution.

The intern will also help with event and community initiatives related to brand collaborations, gather performance data, and contribute to ideas that strengthen long-term brand relationships. This role offers hands-on exposure to creator economy partnerships, brand strategy, and community-focused marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support planning and execution of collaborative campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Branding skills to craft clear messaging, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to assist with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building with brand partners.
- Solid analytical and research abilities, with comfort using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
- Interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital communities.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
