? Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Mechanical, Automobile or related engineering field

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end after-sales service and branch operations

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and timely complaint resolution

✅ Monitor high-volume customer calls and service-related queries (3,000+)

✅ Lead, train and motivate service teams

✅ Coordinate with technical teams, service engineers and spare parts departments

✅ Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time, customer feedback and service revenue

✅ Prepare MIS reports and drive continuous process improvement

? Candidate Requirements

✔️ Experience in Construction Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment or Heavy Machinery

✔️ Robust after-sales service and branch management expertise

✔️ Excellent leadership, customer handling and problem-solving skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS Reporting and CRM systems
