About the Role:
Kissht Finance is hiring a Branch Sales Manager for its Loan Against Property (LAP) business. You will lead the branch sales team, drive new business, and make sure collections stay on track. This role needs regular field visits along with office work.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage the branch sales team and review their performance regularly
- Set monthly targets for the team and track progress against them
- Coach team members to improve their results
- Source recent LAP customers and achieve monthly business targets
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs and channel partners
- Do field visits to meet customers, partners and prospects
- Follow up on each file from login to loan disbursement
- Coordinate with credit and legal teams for documentation and property checks
- Follow up on overdue accounts and keep delinquency under control
- Share daily and monthly performance reports with the reporting manager
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in LAP sales with a bank, NBFC or housing finance company
- Experience in handling a sales team
- Good network of DSAs and local channel partners
- Working knowledge of LAP products and property documentation
- Basic understanding of collections
- Comfortable with regular field work
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Valuable communication in English and the local language
Qualification: HSC OR Graduate in any stream Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
