- Drive branch revenue, admissions, conversions, P&L;, and profitability as per business targets.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth and eicient day-to-day functioning.
- Oversee the complete admission and learner onboarding process, including batch allocation and coordination.
- Monitor batch performance, aendance, learner engagement, academic progress, and satisfaction.
- Lead and monitor branch teams to achieve business and operational targets.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team to support learner placements and improve career outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with learners and alumni to drive retention, referrals, and repeat business.
- Handle learner and employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure branch infrastructure, compliance, processes, and organizational policies are consistently maintained.
- Track branch performance through regular MIS, reports, reviews, and performance metrics, and take corrective actions where required.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
