Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Eye Foundation’s Coimbatore branch. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff coordination, patient service standards, and efficient workflow across clinical and administrative functions.

Manager monitors performance metrics, manages scheduling, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. The role includes overseeing financial and resource management at the branch, supporting local marketing initiatives, and building positive relationships with patients, partners,



and the broader community.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multidisciplinary staff in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Operational management skills, including clinic or hospital administration.
- Financial and resource management skills, such as budgeting, cost control, and effective utilization of equipment and facilities.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address patient concerns, support staff, and collaborate with clinical leaders.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond to day-to-day operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospital, clinic, or branch management, preferably within eye care or a similar specialty healthcare setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Thrissur, Kottayam and Kochi in Kerala, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment and evolving operational needs.
