Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in vehicle finance for new and Used cars.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

- Manage good relationship with dealers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in auto finance for recent and used cars.

- Team handling experience.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.

- Understanding of the Indian automobile industry and its dynamics.
