Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage end-to-end solar projects (from order confirmation to commissioning)

· Coordinate with sales team for project handover and site details

· Conduct or supervise site surveys and feasibility analysis

· Finalize project timelines, materials, and manpower planning

· Coordinate with design team for system layouts and approvals

· Manage procurement of solar panels, inverters, structures, and other materials

· Supervise installation teams and ensure quality execution

· Ensure compliance with local electricity board, net metering, and government regulations

· Track project progress and ensure timely completion

· Handle client communication and provide regular updates

· Resolve on-site issues and manage risks

· Ensure proper documentation and project closure

Key Skills Required:





· Knowledge of solar systems (rooftop, on-grid, off-grid)

· Understanding of net metering and electricity board processes

· Strong project planning and execution skills

· Team handling and vendor management

· Problem-solving and decision-making ability

· Good communication and client-handling skills

· Familiarity MS Office

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
