Branch Manager – Hallmarking Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our hallmarking centre operations, manage teams, handle vendors, maintain customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellers, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle vendor management, coordination, and operational issues.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, BIS requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, shift allocation, and staff performance.
- Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Head Office and submit regular performance reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges effectively.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and expand the customer base.





Eligibility & Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in branch management, operations, or team leadership.
- Experience in the gold, jewellery, assaying, or hallmarking industry will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Languages required: Hindi, English, and Tamil.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
