About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Diagnostic Center. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, patient services, revenue, quality standards, and overall branch performance while ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations Management

Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments. Coordinate diagnostic services, including Pathology, MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, and other available services.

Monitor patient registration, billing, appointment scheduling, and report delivery.

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, infrastructure, and branch facilities.

1. Staff Management

Supervise and coordinate with receptionists, technicians, phlebotomists, attendants, and other branch staff. Ensure staff punctuality, attendance, discipline, and adherence to assigned duties.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower availability.

Address staff and operational issues promptly.

1. Revenue & Business Growth

Achieve monthly revenue and business targets assigned to the branch. Monitor daily patient footfall, test volumes, revenue, and service utilization.

Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall and improve branch performance.

Coordinate with the Marketing Team to strengthen referrals and develop new business opportunities.

Monitor pending payments, billing accuracy, and revenue leakage.

1. Patient Experience & Customer Service

Ensure professional,



courteous, and patient-friendly service. Handle patient complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.

Ensure timely appointments, sample collection, and report delivery.

Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

1. Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations. Maintain proper records, registers, patient documentation, and operational reports.

Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate data entry in diagnostic software.

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, biomedical waste management, and infection control practices.

1. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and revenue reports. Coordinate with Head Office, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Technical Support teams.

Report equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and other operational issues promptly.

Implement management instructions and ensure compliance by all branch staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Healthcare or Hospital Administration is preferred.

Previous experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or healthcare operations preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for reporting, data management, and performance tracking.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Ability to manage daily operations, achieve business targets, and maintain service quality.

Strong organizational skills with a patient-focused and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
