- Manage overall branch operations and sales activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Supervise sales executives and telecalling teams.
- Generate current business opportunities and customer leads.
- Monitor daily performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with installation, service, and documentation teams.
Requirements: -Experience in sales and team management.

-Experience in the solar industry will be an advantage.
